Clear answers, no surprises

Cost shouldn't be the reason you put off getting support. Here's how billing works — and we'll go over the specifics together on your free consultation, before you commit to anything.

Ways to work together

In-network insurance

If you're based in Colorado and covered by Cigna, Aetna, Optum, or Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, I can bill your insurance directly. In-network billing is available to Colorado-based clients only.

Out-of-network

Have a different plan, or living outside Colorado? You're welcome here too. I'll provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Private pay

Prefer to skip insurance entirely? Private pay keeps things simple and private. It's a straightforward option, and one many clients choose.

Let's talk it through

Everyone's situation is a little different — your plan, your coverage, and what you're looking for all matter. Rather than a confusing table of numbers, I'd rather walk you through it directly. We'll go over fees together on your free 15-minute consultation, so you'll know exactly what to expect before you decide anything.

A quick tip: it's worth calling the member number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your mental health benefits, including your deductible and any out-of-network coverage. I'm happy to help you make sense of what you find.
